Katrina was a pleasure to work with throughout our wedding planning experience. Her up-beat, organized personality made it easy to stay on track and complete deadlines as they approached. She was extremely helpful in reducing stress and taking charge of what needed to be done in order to guarantee a spectacular wedding! My husband and I were able to discuss our thoughts with her, and in turn, she was able to create exact replicas of our ideas. It was amazing to see our ideas come to life on our special day, just as we imagined it! Her professional manner, and desire to create client wishes, is a combination for greatness! I wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU! I could not have put together my husband’s retirement party without your help. I knew when we first began planning I would be in good hands. You were fantastic at keeping me on track, while still allowing me to ‘be in charge’; which I warned you wouldn’t be easy, right?

All joking aside, your knowledge and expertise of everything from finding the right venue…to setting up on the day of the party actually made it fun. It was so nice to be able to mingle with guest and celebrate with my husband knowing you were there making sure everything ran smoothly. We are still getting compliments on how relaxing and fun the night was --- just as he wanted it.

It was such a pleasure working with you and I will certainly be referring all of my friends in the future.

I hired The Hole Event in 2010 to plan my daughter's wedding reception. She was married in Hawaii (to a Marine) so we wanted a celebration locally for our family and friends. Katrina took care of "bridezilla" (my daughter) so much better than I could have. She took care of sending the "Wedding Announcements" as well as went with us to select my daughter’s wedding dress (that was the bridezilla part). Unfortunately, my daughter had to cancel the reception due to lack of Military leave. Katrina took care of that part as well! She really was amazing!!! I have two more daughters and will use The Hole Event again.

I can honestly say that my wedding day was perfect! I can only say that because I had no idea about anything that went wrong because Katrina took care of it all!! Katrina was my day-of the event wedding planner, and she was amazing!! Even though I just booked her to help me with the actual day of the wedding and our rehearsal, she was open and available for questions and bugging before hand to set my mind at ease. I gave Katrina a set-up diagram, an event timeline, and a phone number list and the rest was magic! She asked me just a few key questions and she ran with the rest. I literally had no worries on my wedding day other than powdering my nose. Katrina dealt with my crazy and needy vendors, somehow she appeared with plates of food and drinks so my new husband and I could get a few bites in, and I even have a picture of Katrina fluffing out my train right before I walked down the aisle, I didn’t even know she was there until I saw the pictures! She ran our rehearsal and our wedding like a sweet and much prettier drill sergeant, everything ran on time and everyone in my huge wedding party knew exactly where to be and when thanks to Katrina!
